"Ice Storm '98". The rain fell heavily for several days and instantly froze to every surface. The ice was so heavy that trees bowed right over and many power lines were down. In this photograph, a Nepean Hydro worker surveys the damage.  The men and women of Nepean Hydro worked tirelessly around the clock to restore power to Nepean.
